The members on our team can speak from our own personal experience; being that we utilized the Veterans Administration Home Loan Program to purchase our first home. The VA Home Loan program has been opening the door to homeownership for eligible service members and surviving military spouses since 1944, which was part of the original Servicemen’s Readjustment Act, better known as the GI Bill of Rights.

In addition to offering significant savings, the VA mortgage program was designed with the specific needs of military families in mind. This means that eligible buyers don’t heed perfect credit or a large down payment to qualify.

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

Through our Career Development Initiatives, we aim to foster prosperity for veterans returning back to their communities; as well as the businesses that employ them. In practice, Workforce Development means offering our veterans training, development opportunities, and continuing education programs to maximize their job success and career pathway. We encourage the companies, the employers, our Partners that enact workforce development programs to view veterans as assets, not just a headcount to perform a specific task, purpose or meet a certain quota.
